Default Crazy Gremlins!

The other day I pulled into work and as I shut off the headlights I noticed they did not go down. I turned them on and off a couple times and finally they went down. Right away I tried them again to see if it was one of those "rare" occasions or if I had some wrench time to look forward to and again... they did not go down. This time they did not go down at all until I shut down the engine and pulled the key, however although they were down, the inside hazard indicators were on (not flashing, just on) and the headlights were still on but dim.
I used the fob to lock the doors and set the alarm and at that time the alarm started going off. I was able to shut off the alarm however I do not remember the next sequence of events that allowed me to leave the car with the alarm set and the lights off. I came out of work that afternoon and drove the car home without incident. I did, however, check the lights again when I arrived home and again they would not go down. I tried turning them on and off multiple times and finally got lucky with them going down shortly after the key was turned off.

At that point I heard a clicking noise coming from both of headlight motors. I "ASSuMEd" it was a gear issue so I removed the driver's side headlight motor to find no issue with the gears. Based on that I turned the headlights on and off again... the passenger side went up and down however it was still making a clicking noise. I'm not sure how long it would have continued so I just disconnected it.
I ran the codes to see if I could find an issue and found these problem codes:
P1539-A\C clutch status circuit High Voltage
B2578-RF Turn Signal Monitor Circuit (Short to Voltage)
B2583-LF Turn Signal Monitor Circuit (Short to Voltage)

None of these codes had ever been thrown before.

Unfortunately I'm struggling to find anything online about this specific issue and was wondering if anyone has had this issue before. I'm guessing it's ground related... but which one?
Thank you all in advance for any help!!

Thank you for the reply. I forgot to mention a couple of things. The trip to and home from work that day my AC would not stay off. I turned it off manually and it would come back on a few seconds later.
In addition, I've been getting a low coolant indication a lot and the coolant is not low. Adding these details to the original post... would that change the suggestion?

Before tearing things apart, have your battery tested at your local parts store. A dying battery does strange things to Corvettes

Thanks for the response but I've tested the battery, which is fairly new, and it is fine.
