In the three years I've had my 98 , there has not been one drip of anytime under it .
Had it on the lift for a couple weeks to replace belts . It had set for a week til I had time to get back under it to put the A/C belt on .
I find a puddle of anti-freeze , trace it to the water pump . So replaced that , looking at hoses see date of 10 / 97 . Will be replacing them .Have replaced idlers and tensioners and belts .
The belts and hoses should have been replaced long ago under normal maintenance . Surprised that the hoses lasted this long .
I wonder how many low mileage C5's have the original belts and hoses that could fail at anytime and the owners think all is fine because of the low miles ?

While my '03 C5 is not one of the earlier models, it still has the original belts and hoses on it. I had them checked last year when I had the coolant flushed and filled, but replacing all of the belts and hoses is on my maintenance list for this year.
