I finally got my headlights and there are no instructions. Does anyone know how to get ahold of these guys. I have been emailing and I have no instructions on installing these. They said they emailed them in my invoice but nothing works. They have no phone number. I really need these today. Sorry to post this here but don't know any other way of getting them to respond.
I bought some used and had no instructions. I googled for instructions and found a few write ups. I was able to figure it out. If you were near Gonzales I would install them for you.

Instructions for that product are automatically sent via email with your order invoice (link at the bottom of invoice). I replied to your email this morning with the PDF

Thanks for responding. The only link I got in the invoice said it had expired. I did get your PDF file. Now I am going to try and get these things done.
Just got a new low mileage '02Z, gonna need to improve the lighting like my last one. Are the low beam HID's 35w or 55w? My last was from another vendor and were 55w and worked great on my last Z.....

Got that fixed for the future

55 watt lows are standard with our projector kits.
These are currently out of stock for a while. Not sure of the exact ETA right now.
Emailed jw and got no response, no phone number either, from what I can see on here, it's probably best to stay away. This guy doesn't seem to have a very good reputation. I don't understand, people are basically trying to throw money at this guy and he doesn't seem to care???

I just installed lights from him. I was having trouble with the instructions myself. JW emailed additional photos overnight that pointed me in the right direction. Never had any problems except he doesn't seem to have a phone# that he wants to share.

...... except he doesn't seem to have a phone# that he wants to share.
That always bothers me too. I contacted him about rims and asked for a phone call to discuss - kept using email so I went a different direction.
That and vendors that have a legit website but use GMail, YaHoo, HotMail for their contact. It just seems a little unprofessional.
I'm glad it worked out for u, but I'm not willing to do business with someone who doesn't respond to me, especially when I'm at the other end of the computer with a CC ready to put money in your pocket. It took all of a minute to put my money in someone else's pocket. His loss, someone else's gain.

Sorry about that. I don't intentionally ignore anyone.
If you didn't receive a reply it either didn't make it to me, or my reply to you went to spam. Occasionally I will miss one. YTD we're up 289% in sales. I have been swamped the last few months. We added a few lines to the C7 and 6th Gen Camaro crowd and have seen the big boost in sales.
I don't know your email address, but searched your username in my inbox and couldn't find anything.
*** EDIT ***
After reading through my emails from yesterday (4-25), it looks like you may have emailed us on the site at 1:56 pm my time yesterday. Your reply in this thread was almost 3 hours later.
Was that you?

much easier to show that with a picture via email.

I get it.
We tried the phone thing years ago and it didn't work. At the end of the day you have to do what makes you feel comfortable.
Looks like the business is experiencing growing pains. Not easy to manage. I've heard of a business failing due to too much business. It's annoying but it's not like you can buy what you want in a store. The Internet has caused many to explode.
Twice yesterday in a last attempt and once Monday night after I got a link to your site. Relying completely on email is probably not the best idea. You should really get a phone number. I Really wanted the package deal u had, but after 3 emails I decided on a different route. U have to remember we don't know each other and promptness builds trust. sorry, but apparently I'm not the only one having contact problems with your company. good luck.

I have nothing from you on Monday in my inbox. Spam folder has been checked as well.
I understand some don't like the email and online ordering format. It's worked for us for 10 years now (in June). With the website reviews and feedback we get each day I believe we're doing good.
Hey!
I'm really not mad at the guy. It's his show. I've owned a service business for nearly 4 decades. There are times when I don't have time / don't want to / don't need to / talk on the phone to my customers - but I DO. Some things are just too much for email back-and-forth's.
If his sales are really up 289% YTD I would think he's getting clobbered.
Maybe hire a sales / help desk guy? Sales and retention are totally different. (My retention rate is 93%) Jus Say'n.
He has rims I like (China Knock-Offs) - I may still get them when it's time for em. For now, I just got stock C5 tires and will wait to do the big brakes / big rims. (By Now he knows who I am.) I just had some fit-up ?'s - Offsets, Rotor sizes, caliper clearances. Not stuff you can discuss in emails.
Talking to a KNOWLEDGEABLE person would have sealed the deal - like I said... His show and I wish him much success.
It's cool man, no hard feelings, U have to see it from my point of view, 3 emails no response wether or not they got lost in cyberspace or whatever and no contact number. I also searched the forum to see if I was doing something wrong (maybe u had a new email?)and fellow members had similar issues making contact with your company. I know u mentioned emails going to your spam folder (not your fault), but as a customer or potential customer, how am I to know that? How would u feel? unfortunately we both missed out, So there is no winner or loser here, but as I said no hard feelings. Maybe we will cross paths again in a more positive manner. Peace.
it happens Jumbo, I'm not mad, just disappointed. Just wish things would have went smoothly. We corvette guys are a unique little community. It reminds me of an article I read while waiting at the dentist one day. A guy had an online business and was doing ok, but no phone number on his site. He added a 1-800 number big and bold to his home page and his business more than doubled in less than a year. He said he would go days without a call and some days get calls and once in a while get a never ending phone calls in a day, he became very rich in the end. They also mentioned in the article Amazon was struggling in the beginning, but when they added live support, that it was the beginning of the Amazon u see today. Funny thing is people email Amazon way more than call, but it's the security of a phone number. Like u said, it's his gig and if he's happy then I'm happy for him. Unfortunately we didn't do business. I use to have my own business on the side till I got injured and I can understand keeping it simple and controllable.i was a one man show and occasionally took my wife on jobs.

Looks like you should've messaged him on here. I mean if you were trying to get in contact with him that badly that you sent multiple emails then came to this forum to see, then you would've known right away that he promptly answers posts here on the forum & PMs here.
Seems to me, if I were looking here to get in contact with him, I would've PMed him here.
I'm Over it, let's move forward. If I need something again and he has it and he doesn't hold a grudge. I'll PM him on here and try again. Like I said, we are a small community and need to support these businesses that support and rely on the forum for probably a good portion of their business, they all need to eat and pay bills just like most of us. we are mostly all men here, no need to dwell on this.
