You could, but the tires wont fit the wheels properly and it will likely look goofy if the offsets are off. IMO, a corvette needs a much wider wheel out back than an 8.5. I have to ask, what is the purpose of wanting this particular wheel set?

Design of the wheels honestly. Either 8.5 or 10.5. I don't think 275 Nittos will go on a 10.5....no one makes a nice wheel at a decent price in 9.5 in rear like the stock size.

The 275 will fit the 8.5" wheel no better than it will fit the 10.5" wheel. Save up a little longer and do it right the first time to avoid future headaches
Yeah, my vote is to keep your current setup. Take the money and buy other mods until the tires burn off. You don't buy wheels to fit tires, you buy tires to fit wheels.
