I'm bored and want to play around with the exterior an it. anyone have a picture of the c7 front badge on a c5?
No I'm not pretending to have a c7. I like the CORVETTE flags
It's your car I don't have a problem with what you want to do to it. In my opinion the configuration of the C5 flags is one of the best if not the best of all the models.
vetteman jack, i remember that post as well, couldnt find that one though, that was really nice as well,
but have found a few other pics...hmmm, got me rethinking this idea, me likes.
Will there be holes on the bumper once I removed the emblem? Or are they just stuck on with an adhesive tape
thanks for the input guys. Still like to see some more photos of anyone has
Yes. When you remove the front fascia emblem there will be two positioning holes exposed. The rear emblem on the trunk/deck does not utilize holes for positioning.

that's nearly what I did... I left a little of the flag poles on bottom and decided to tint the emblem with vinyl rather than black it out completely, it came out pretty good and I like it a lot more

Pic? The one above looks pretty good without the ring, the angle is much better for the C5 than the C7 badge. The C7 angle is too steep and does not match the lines on the C5. IMO

here's one I found... this is after the vinyl layer but I ended up cutting the poles on the flags to about half the length they are in this picture, it looked better to me that way when installed on the car but you get the idea

That looks good I may fiddle with mine as it is starting to peel anyway.
