Short of talking to the prior owners, you probably won't get all the records. You may be able to get records of service done at a dealership if you have a good relationship with a local dealer.
I have every receipt, for anything related to my C5.
MAINTENANCE, modifications, upgrades, inspections, sales receipts window sticker, build sheet etc.
Anyway to get 1998 corvette service records before I buy it?
1. Buy ET's car
2. Get a Carfax (but independent shops probably won't be listed, dealership might not either)
3. Hire a private detective to find previous owner(s).
4. Once you find previous owner(s), pray that they tell you the truth.
My point is that I'm not the only OCD C5 owner ou there.. Chances are high that if you can identify an owner as being OCD, your chances of getting a great car, are very very good
This does not mean that there arn't good cars out there where the owner may not keep meticulous records, but still may keep his car in meticulous shape.

Add me to the list with OCD C5 owners. Have everything that I have done to my car. I guess I need to take pictures of them to be on the same level as you know who!!!
My car is not for sale.. 100,000 miles, 18 years old recent photos.
Good luck in your search, these cars are out there.. but usually not for sale. Many have tried to buy mine. Two with serious money. Many just pipe dreaming. " call me if you ever decide to sell. Will you please take my phone number "

Bill I have a question about those tail light lenses, I didn't think they were legal in Pa.
they are legal in Pa. red , amber, and clear as long as the light emission is red or amber in drive, and white for back up. the white lenses in the tail lights emit an amber light for turn signals and hazards.
