Since the Forums search engine is crap, and the previous poster didnt provide any relevant info I'll post some links to get you started. Go to this link, press Ctrl+F and search for post number 65. In this post there are a few links that will download some PDF files on the basics of the EBCM and troubleshooting. The ECBM is a very common issue in C5's.
Heres the link: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...in-here-4.html
Delta with his 55 posts of helpfulness. Teach a newb to fish man. I told him it was EBCM.
He also hasn't replied yet and only has one post.
The search engine on the Forum is garbage and I never get anything useful out of it.
Since you're a highly experienced and prestigious senior member, why dont you take a minute and just drop the links to the EBCM articles in the tech section and then tell them to check out the sticky tech links next time? This stuff frustrates me. People (this includes me) dont always know the ins and outs of how a forum works and they ask a question and then people like you give half assed answers. Not very helpful.
