[QUOTE=c5vetteguy;1594193153]

The Forgestar CF5s have to be the easiest wheels to clean. Check out their other styles, too. And, you can get them pretty much in any color you want. QUOTE]

FAIRWAY GREEN and those wheels!! It don't get much better!!

You are so right. Something about modern (and I include our 20 yr old cars in that category) cars that just don't gel with chrome. C3s and earlier, sure. 60-70s muscle cars? Sure.

JMHO........

I'm wondering if everyone is addressing the stagger requirements? I'm under the impression that it's pretty important.

NZ, are your fenders flared? Nice job btw,.

as others have mentioned, I thought the extra spokes of the ZO6 wheels would be difficult to clean, so I went with a chrome C6 wheel, in the C5 size / offset, using the tires that came on the car when I bought it in 2015

so-far, I have no complaints, and have received a few compliments

Thank you and yes the rear fenders are CC wide body fenders as well. The off sets of the wheels are fronts 19x10 + 56 and that's to clear the big brakes, the rears are 20x12 +79 to flush the tires to the wide fenders.

I agree the C5 lines are smooth and the chrome is too harsh. Although I think a nice set of polished wheels look awesome and on a C5. JMHO

Never was a fan of putting other generation wheel on vettes. I like doing something different other than replacing stock wheels with other stock wheels. Go Forgestar, tsw, ccw, etc.
I went with 18/19 TSW Interlargos.

Hi ,I have a chance to get my hands on Zo6 c5 OEM wheels for my standard C5 and have near new G/Y F1 EMT's that are not as wide as the Zo6 has,can I use them or being run flats is it safe.
Sounds like you did something similar,I would really appreciate your opinion
Thanks Bill Bilokrely Barrie Ont.

So you have done the same thing? No codes ? No traction control issues? No tire stretch issues ?
Nice ride by the way?
Thanks again
