Yep mine is the same, So you can roll through the emission test.
Federal Emissions..........No Charge"
"Front Tire.........................No Charge"
"Rear Tire..........................No Charge"
That's why I love GM. I mean, how many car companies make a vehicle with a standard equipment package that includes front and rear tires at no extra charge and provide complimentary compliance with federal emissions? The General is my hero.

We spoke earlier I own car 50 The Black on Black Z51, do yo have a decal under your hood on the Left side that says This car does not meet Federal Emissions Standards, For Testing and Evaluation Purposes only... If this car is to be sold it needs to be brought up to FE9 and this decal removed etc etc?
Just a wild thought...maybe the "owners package" relates to the owners manual, tire info/warranty card, and battery warranty card, etc, that gets stuffed into the glove compartment.

OK, but this discussion was also joined by owners of other model year cars, which then could have included Z-06s, which, if nothing more, didn't have run-flat tires, which would then include, most likely, a different tire warranty card......
