another good way is to go to www.google.com and search something like "c5 corvette ecbm" or "c5 corvette ecbm issues" It's much better than the forums search feature and works for any kind of issue you're looking for.

Can you be a bit more specific? Do you have a C5 that seems to have a problem? Do you have one that doesn't currently have an ECBM issue but are curious as to what to watch for? Are you considering purchasing a C5 and want to know how to tell if a given car has an issue?

Never had a problem with any of the three C5s I've owned. Not saying a problem couldn't happen though.
