The only part of the Z06 exhaust that is titanium is from the end of the H-pipe back. The over axle pipes and mufflers are titanium and the size is the same as the normal C5 exhaust. The H pipe on an 02 and up Z06 is different because it does not have the precats but it is made from the same material as the normal C5. :cheers:
