[Z06] Misfiring issue

Misfiring issue
I bought a 2002 Z06 2 weeks ago and have been dealing with some issues. The first thing I did was replace the valve springs with new 04 springs. Note that one of the springs had a different color and looked newer, hmmmm.
The car has been misfiring/stuttering at high rpm and losing power up high. I pulled codes P0300 random misfire and P0131 O2 sensor bank 1 low voltage. I just replaced the plugs and wires with TR55 copper, stock gap and the wires with GM hotwire reds.
The car actually feels a little worse and I am getting O2 sensor low voltage from both banks 1 and 2.
When pulling the sparks out, bank 1 plugs were fouled, bank 2 were clean. The car has some other issues which are unrelated like the no abs, no traction control thingy would pop up every now and then. Pulled the ebcm to send to absfixer.com. The turn signals sometimes dont work and I ordered a new hazard light switch.
What could be causing the misfire? I did clean the MAF sensor as well.
Car is stock other than Halltech and Bassani catback.
