Got my jack this week and going through the setup process. I have 2 questions first is do you have to check the air pressure in the bottle every time you use it?
Second question is during the testing and no load part when you drop the jack with no load should it drop evenly or jerky like it does and is that maybe a problem with air still in the lines. When I bled the system it seemed to be all oil no air. Going to pick up my car for the first time today any advice?
I used to check my air pressure every time. After a few uses it stabilized and I only check it about every 3 months now, going to switch over to nitrogen next time I use it. Yes the first few times they are a bit jerky but quickly settle down, I used my 200 lb a## to help the first couple times. MAKE sure the two sides are parallel. I had one side bind up coming down once it was not fun but I got it down fine. Enjoy your Quickjack I sure love mine! Mike
