I read that 540 degree rotation or 1 1/2 turns equal to 1/8". The same article said to start with 4 full turns on each corner and move up turn count, if needed. I'm about to go take 5 full rotations and see what she looks like. Does that sound like a reasonable game plan to those in the know?
0.5" (10 - 12.5mm) is about the right amount.
However, IF you are planning "high speed" (150+) speed runs, then you should (at minimum) run the front about 0.25 lower than the rear. That rake is necessary for the proper aero to work, limiting the amount of front lift. It doesn't really matter whether you make the front .25 lower than the rear, or the rear .25 higher, just focus on the delta.
Why 'only' a half inch? If for looks, you would not even notice that minuscule amount.

Well because the owners manual says NOT to lower it any more than that, because the suspension arms will NOT have the correct geometry if you go farther than that (slammed).
I lowered my fronts as far as they could go on stock bolts (which really isn't that far), and then I lowered the rear an equal amount to maintain a slight forward rake. Car handled great in aggressive driving situations.
Stick with the stock lowering bolts, and don't lower the rears too much, and you'll be fine. Just my $0.02.

Btw, I was only able to get ~0.4" of lowering in the front on stock bolts. So, I guess I'm in agreement with 63Corvette.
Speaking of suspension changes, I was looking to replace any worn bushings, like sway bar this season. What bushings are best for spirited driving/occasional track use? Are most people sticking with oem styles bushings or aftermarket poly ones?

I'm not out to slam the car. Still need to be able to drive it on the street without scraping the crap out of it. Want to lower the center of gravity and get a moderate track alignment for HDPE events.
