Ha ha ha....these type of flares always make C5 owners on this forum lose their ****. If done correctly, I think it could work. Depends on what you're using the car for and what you are trying to accomplish.

Because of the minimal angles on a C5, it really is hard to make the Bunny Rocket look work. Also, what looks good in pictures may look wrong in real life and vice a versa.
Here is one that I thought blended in best with the more rounded shape of the C5:

Forget it man, some people on this site think a mural on their hood with chrome accents looks good.

The rocket-bunny look is getting popular in some groups. Mostly imports, high end exotics where money is no object and a little bit of muscle cars. Seen me on Challengers and I think it looks awesome. The new Demon will have flares. Changing times. Also, I don't think the lines of a C5 fit with the bolt on flares, imo.

If the flares are subtle and not look like a blob stuck on the quarter panel, they go nicely, especially with 13 in wide tires, but only if they are inside the flares.. that stick out look, is not appealing to the lines of a C5. Especially from the back.

I think it is important to be happy with your choice, whatever it is.. its more important to please yourself then it is to please people on this forum.
