What is value of 2003 zo6 rebuilt title car. Great shape, 70000 miles. Hydrodipped ccw wheels, carbon fiber look.
Runs great.

Again you have to know the history and photos would help. Who rebuilt it? Was it a salt water "swimmer" flood car, wreck, fire or simply a theft recovery? I have purchased salvage from my insurance company for 18% of the vehicle's actual cash value before the incident. Ask your insurance agent what they will pay off if it is totaled again.

We get it, it is fully insured. It is likely fully insured for "actual cash value" or ACV. The ACV of a salvaged previously totaled vehicle is not the same as the value of an original unmolested vehicle. There is likely a percentage deduction for a salvaged or repaired vehicle. Most dealers will not touch them. You'll find that any vehicle that has accident history has diminished value even if was properly repaired and not a total loss. So the question really is how much would a buyer pay for a rebuilt vehicle as compared to an undamaged car? Some folks buy these cheap and use them as track cars with no concern about resale value.
I've owned a few previously totaled vehicles that I used as daily driver during the winter months in New England. I generally paid slightly over half or 50% of what the NADA book value listed as average retail.

What's wrong with the paint? It's dull but looks like it has a shiny spot on the door.
As far price it's hard to say what someone will actually pay. Clean retail meaning in near perfect condition car with a clean title you could get $22k. Given that it's a salvage title I wouldn't expect you to get any more than $15k and that's assuming it's immaculate. It's hard to put a price on a rebuilt car because it really comes down to how much you are willing to sell it for and how much a potential buyer is willing to pay for a salvaged car.

You barely supplied any information on the car, I'm guessing the $10(-12K?)K evaluation is pretty close.

Not to be a jack-you-know-what about it but insurance availability is exceptionally important to a potential buyer, especially when dealing with a rebuilt or salvage car; I would go as far as say you should even tell us what insurance company the car is insured under and under what provisions. People often say "oh no problem this car is insured just fine" and then come to find out it's on a separate specialized policy, at a value that doesn't necessarily cover anything on the car, with a jacked or required premium.
It's a very valid concern, and remember you did originally offer the information in your opening post that the title is rebuilt and vehicle insured. You should expect some seriously specific inquiries in regards to that.
Being said, yes I agree, a $10K-$12K would be about right. I would start a little above that but expect in that range. Market is way too saturated right now when you can find 2002+ Z06s with similar mileage and nothing wrong for the $15K-$18K range.

With that said, how long ago was the car 'totaled?
A 12 year old Z car with 70,000 miles on it would only need very minor damage for the insurance company to 'total' it.
I had a friend buy a 2003 Z (couple of years ago) that had very minor body damage on it.
It needed a new left rear fender and a new rocker panel. there was no frame or suspension damage, yet it was totaled. It took about 3 hors of body work and some paint to look like new.
He auto crosses the car so resale value is pretty low now. As far as drivability the car is and has been fine since rebuild. My personal DD is a 2001 vert that had flood damage (fresh water). The BCM was replaced along with new carpets and other very minor things. I've had the car 6-7 years with no unusual problems. It is the carr in my profile picture.
What I'm trying to relay here is that the history of why it was 'totaled' is very important.

I would say $10-12K is probably about right for the car with the salvage title.
