1997 automatic....oscillation in overdrive?? 134k
Not sure if I should call it an oscillation or a shudder or vibration. So I just completed a 2775 mile trip which was wonderful
But, I noticed a drive train shudder or vibration when I was going down the interstate running between 75 to 80. It comes on, then subsides, then about that time repeats the same cycle over and over. I would bump the cruise off and slip it out of gear, and I believe it is still there. It was less. I do have some of the history of maintenance on the car. but nothing that says there has been any work on the drive shaft or u-joints. It is not rpm related. If I find a really smooth road, it can happen starting around 60mph. If the road has any bumps at all, it is very hard to notice. Any help is appreciated!
