I agree. The chargers often have a fuse in the tip. Try the charger on a different vehicle.

I agree with the last two posters. I don't need any kind of adapter to plug my phone charger in - just a charger that works properly.

maybe a bad charger Also, some charger plugs (seems like most I've ever had) can be kinda finicky when plugged in. I never use one in my cars but in my work van I sometimes have to plug it in, pull it back out a little, and/or twist it to make it work.

Alright, we HAVE to get to the bottom of this. Verify that the cigarette lighter is working. Verify that your phone is charging on a known good outlet. Verify your charger is working on a known working outlet on a different car. Please let us know if you get it straightened out.
