Alright so I've got a c5 and I drift it (I know I know) but I'm looking for a tall short shifter. It's ideal to have it up about as high as the hydraulic handbrake so it's only a short reach between the wheel shifter and handbrake. But all I've seemed to come up with is shorter than stock short shifters. Curious if there's anything out there before I go the one-off route.

Hi Taylor, I follow your YouTube and love the direction you are going with the car!
Anyway there aren't any shifters for the corvette that are taller, I'm sure you could check and see if someone can make a longer delrin shifter handle like this that would be closer to what your looking for...
most of the aftermarket shifters use a fairly common two bolt pattern for the lever, so you should be able to find something. I know Hurst makes them in several lengths, I'll try to find something.
I don't drift but I hate how the short shifters always seem to move the shiftknob into the boot.
I use a longer Delrin **** with the stock shifter:
I guess the main reason I was looking for something specifically designed for it is I've noticed using a tall **** even on a short shifter still has a lot of throw.
I was interested in the MGW stuff as it looks really well put together. Anyone have experience with one?
I found a 4" aluminum stick handle on ebay in the $40 ish dollar range. I wanted a tall handle for leverage since the c5 isn't a smooth shift. My car is for track days so I also wanted the handle near the wheel.
