My 1997 Corvette has an issue that the hvac blower is running but little or nothing is coming out the vents. Blower can be turned up or down and can hear it running but no air is moving.

Have you removed your intake manifold recently? There's a vacuum line that connects to the back of it that uses vacuum to move the vents to floor/face/defroster and if it's not connected then it just lightly blows out of all of the vents. It still works and blows cold/hot air but it doesn't direct 100% of the air to where you've selected, just blows it thru all of them.

That's what happened to me when I replaced my oil pressure sensor and removed the intake manifold and didn't realize that I unplugged a small vac hose in the back.
So that's one area to look.
