You can use the stock tail lamps, but your car will be illegal to drive. The reason you have to run the aftermarket "euro" style lamps is because the TigerShark rear fascia eliminates the reverse light panel plate, necessitating relocation.
The only other possible thing you could do is possibly integrate C6 reverse lamps, which are in the lower portion of the fascia. However on a C5 the venting in the rear fascia is for the mufflers (C6 mufflers are straight out under the rear tub, rather than 90 degree to the exhaust routing like on a C5)

You also have to alter your exhaust to fit the smaller opening, or best solution, get Corsa catbacks with Tigershark tips. For me, the spoiler is just too much over the top, and there's better alternatives. Someone on the forum makes a fascia that's much better, IMO.
