C5 launch
I have acquired a packet that was given to my brother-in-law prior to his purchasing his 1998 C5 convertible. It was sealed with a Chevrolet Motor Division seal marked limited access not for general release and stamped C5 limited access until Jan.7,1997. It has initials from several G.M. officials agreeing to acknowledge the classified nature of the materials enclosed and to act in accordance with the standards and regulations concerning the use of the enclosed information. The packet contains technical information and pictures of various C5's during development. Any information you could give me concerning this packet would be greatly appreciated.

My guess is it was marketing material sent out to a bunch of people to promote the C5 when it was first put up for sale to the public.
But I could be wrong - pics of the item would help.
