Thanks Jack, the PO did pretty much all the "dress up" possible, I'll give her the iPad and a couple websites and let her go at it.

I have something like that sitting in my garage and I will never be using it. It came off a wrecked car and I couldn't see them just throwing it away. I will get some pictures of it in the morning when I get home and you can let me know if it's something you would like to have. I definitely won't sell it for what they are asking. I can't remember what year it was off of though.

Only get it if you are going to get all the other requisite chrome corvette doo dads.
I.E., chrome tail light louvers, chrome wheels, chrome cove fins, chrome door strikers, chrome fluid caps, etc......
You don't want to break up the set......

I like the chrome if you are going to be using it as a show car. My question is, GM put the hood liner in there for a reason and made it out of a particular material for a reason. Will something different have an impact on things like paint? I don't know, but there are people on this forum that could probably tell you.
