Default Electrical issues

Hey guys first time posting but I come here all the time for advice. Couldn't find any in my current problem though so I was hoping someone could help.

So let me first start by saying I just recently had the steering column replaced and an alignment done and hadn't had this problem prior too that.

That being said it doesn't seem like a problem that might be caused by it.

Anyways so the issue I'm having is that my internal electronics are not coming on when I start the car. Dash cluster windows radio and A.C. control unit do not seem like they are receiving power. The backlights for the dash cluster and window controls however do come on as well as the seatbelt indicator and highbeam indicator. That being said all the electronics will come on as soon as both of the front wheels hit a larger bump.

My first thought was grounding but I checked most of the main grounds (I'm not sure if there's maybe one that I missed but I think I checked all of the ones in the engine bay.) But my other thought was a relay. However I'm not too versed into how to read wiring diagrams to see what relay would affect these instruments.

The problem only happens when I start the engine. If I just power on the car all instruments work fine.

I drive a 2003 c5.

Hopefully someone has an idea of why this problem is happening.

Default codes

Ok so I pulled the codes:

10-PCM:
P1689
P1571
P0161
P0155
P0141
P135

28-TCS:
C1276
C1277

40-BCM:
B0026
U1000
U1300
U1301
U1016
U1040
U1096
U1064

AO-LDCM:
B2208
B2282
B2286
B2284
B2262
B2264
B2272
B2274
B2274
B2276
B2278
U1255
U1064
U1016
U1096

A1-RDCM:

B2229
B2233
B2235
B2237
B2203
B2283
B2287
B2285
B2265
B2273
U1255
U1064
U1016
U1096

All of those have H's next to them

A6-SCM:
B2860

This one however has an H C next to it.

I assume the H means history and C means current?

The last code is the only one faulting then? or am i way off base and my car has a metric Fton of problems?

there is no signal coming from the telescopic position sensor and the SCM cannot correlate what your memory setting is.
So, with that, you are going to need to remove the lower knee bolster and the black hush panel to access this.

So once I access the SCM what do I do from there? Just unplug the harness and plug it back in? and why would this cause the issue I am having?

I replaced to battery probably about 4 months ago so that's probably what that was. I just cleared all the codes and took it for a drive and the only on what remained was the b2860

Well the issue has been really intermittent as of late but last week it was evertime I started the car. So to answer your question no it didn't happen this time but it did happen once today. I took it to a chevy dealership but the part was secondhand so it was most likely a faulty part rather than a faulty mechanic. But I'll probably have to take it back to them
