So far no one has committed to keeping them. It would cost to store them properly or to drive them much. The '63 might be worth storing but not the C7.
That 63 is a beautiful thing. I like the C7 but I doubt it will ever have the collectibility of that 63. I'm sure the C7 is a pleasure to own and drive but the 63 deserves preservation.
I would not even want to take possession and would sell them back to the raffle organization as soon as possible so they can raffle them off again. Taking them to Barrett Jackson would be a major headache. Maybe they have a cash option.

A new Lingenfelter can be bought every year so I don't see it as a collectible.

A cash option would be good but only after consulting Barrett Jackson about the possible auction sale price. It's no hassle to sell there, they will have the cars picked up and send you a check - your presence not required.

I did not know that. I would not want to have a $250K car in my possession. With my luck, too many bad things could happen.
From what I've seen in the past, the "charitable organization" publishes the name of the winner, to demonstrate that it was on the "up and up". Because they're selling actual tickets, there will be a winner, unlike 'Publishers Clearinghouse', for instance, who claims that they DO send out a winning number, but it's up to the general public to actually return the ticket with that number on it, rather than just toss it in the trash, thinking that they never win anything....
