There are literally a GOZILLION threads about this topic that you can find with a search.
Do you want FULL exhaust from headers to tailpipes?
Or just axle back mufflers and tailpipes?
Do you want it to sound docile?
Do you want it to sound obnoxious?
Do you want to add more power to the car in the future?
Do you want a mild/wild switch (electric cutouts)?
Your best bet is to go to Youtube and do some searches on "C5 Exhaust". And then find some folks local to you at Cars & Coffee or regional Corvette clubs to hear some in person.
Me? I went with Kooks headers, Kooks cats, Kooks X-pipe, and SLP exhaust.
