rolled down my window and it will only come up about an inch. it will go back down but will only come up an inch every time. anybody had this problem?

Time for a new regulator....Be aware that the plug has been changed because of a redesign and a pigtail will also need to be purchased. I just did this on mine about a month ago. Here is the link with the info:
