Washer fluid dripping from wiper outlets
So, I recently added billet aluminum screw on caps to dress up engine bay. Since doing so, I am noticing that when I drive on highway and then park somewhere, when I return I have pools of windshield washer fluid under car and can see the fluid 'bleeding' at the wiper nozzles . The cap for the washer resourvoir is pretty tight. After highway cruise, is the heat in engine bay enough to heat up and volatilize the fluid causing it to force back through the hoses and out the nozzles?

I don't think the engine heat is the problem. I had the same issue when I used to fill the reservoir completely up but then I started filling it only about 3/4ths full and have not had it leak again.

I also had that problem when I added a new billet cap. If you have an "O" ring on the new cap, take it off. That fixed my same issue.

The tank needs to vent or will build up pressure from the heat. It happened to me when I added custom caps, it was sealed to tight and couldn't vent.
