This is the modified ACA´s from RadioFlyer with 6K LED´s in both low and high beam. George provided a resistor to the harness in order to have enough draw to raise the head lights. Everything works perfect

How well is the output? Id have these rather than the hids, but cant justify paying $600 for them when I can get the halogen ones for $230 including shipping.

I dont know the output compared to HID´s - as I went from OEM head lights to these. But these are a huge satisfaction over the OEM´s and really lightens up the road. These ACA´s from RadioFlyer is also modded, as George repositions the hi-beam lens so it´s actually functional.

You could email George if he doesn´t see this thread - I´m sure he can inform you about the light output compared to HID´s.

2 issues with using an LED in the ACA kit

1) the quality of the projector is pretty low as far as optics. This is why I swap them for Bi-xenon projectors.

2) most high output LED bulbs have a large heat-sink on the back of the bulb which presents a clearance issue when the headlight is lowered.

Hey George, love your stuff, not the price, sorry, lol.

1. I really liked what you did with the Bi-xenons

2. The leds I got are from vette lights. They have a fan on the back to cool it down. No clearance issues with it besides the dumb golden rod these lights have. It has like half of a half inch of clearance.

3. I have high output led cree style bulbs for high beams that are 6k leds and has 57 leds all around and a ton on the top with the projector. According to pics,it DOES have a good beam, but its faint. You can kinda see it off the buildings and the road, but isnt the best until I decide to get hids there despite that I despise them greatly.

4. George Id buy your stuff if it was half off, lol.

The low beam led kit from vette lights is amazing. It is very bright, outpit is great( not really all over the place like people said). Its EXACTLY what I was looking for.
