Currently have a stock 01 Z06. Planning for the following mods:
Vararam Intake
AR Headers
B&B Exhaust
Mild Cam (love the sound)
Supercharger
Tune
The car currently puts down ~330rwhp. I believe these mods should put it in the 500-550 rwhp range.
Aside from upgrading the stock clutch, is there anything else that I should seriously consider upgrading in the drivetrain to handle the increase in power? I wont really be launching it from a stand still, but will go WOT while rolling (30mph on up)

roll racing doesn't put near as much stress on the drivetrain as launching... get a good twin disc clutch, good tires, motor/diff mounts and assuming everything is in good condition to begin with I think you will be ok... if you start launching hard at the track with sticky tires then it will probably let go at some point... I drove mine with a little over 700rwhp for about 2 years on stock drivetrain and it was still in great shape when I pulled it out for a tr6060 swap... I had pfadt motor mounts, a pfadt diff mount, and an act twin disc... you want to keep the driveline solid, if it shakes that will cause damage
If you're not planning on drag racing with sticky tires the stock trans should be fine with that power level. You may want to add a transaxle brace for some added strength though, ECS sells one. It prevents flex between the trans and diff housings. You'll probably want to upgrade to an LS7 clutch or another stronger aftermarket clutch, the stock clutch probably won't hold long at 550whp+
