Default Fiberglass Targa roof repair?

Roof flew off on the highway and has road rash and fiberglass damage. Do most bodyshops repair fiberglass roofs or will I need to send it to a specialty repair shop for corvette roofs? I'm in Raleigh, NC...any suggestions?
Thanks

Depending on the damage. Most likely the frame will be bent, lock handles most likely have road rash and/or bent and the fiberglass might have some cracks. Your best bet might be to find a good used one and get it painted. If you're really lucky you'll find one in your color car and won't need the repaint. I have my damaged one on the wall as a reminder to remember...

I dropped mine once and cracked it. Cost me $175 to reglass and paint.

If the frame is good, it still latches and the interior trim is still attached, scratches, gouges, etc., can be fixed with the fiberglass repair kits you buy at Autozone and similar, and save yourself some money. You may well want to get it professionally painted though.

If you have any structural damage - frame, latches, etc., as mstromquist (above) says, look for a replacement as it will never be quite right.

Yes. A shop known for custom and hot rod work. Astro body on Camelback Rd in Phoenix. The man who did it and owned the shop was Paige. Does amazing work. Unfortunately Paige is in his 70s and recently retired.
