Methinks you've created a monster. I, too hate those headlights. I also appreciate the workmanship. That hood doesn't seem to fit too well...

I bought the car with the headlights and hood, at times I like the hood but I would of never bought it. The headlights aren't my thing and I have a spare depo set I may modify to create a flush fixed headlight.

This mod would be beneficial to those running a SC as it would get much needed air to the intercooler.
Keep us updated with pictures please

I might like it without the hood and headlights, but with them it's very hard for me to look elsewhere.

Ive actually always hated the SS hood on catfish camaros.

At the same time though, you have all the opportunities in the world if you plan on a repaint soon. Plenty of people who like that style hood, you could get another before repaint and some stock headlights to make it more to your liking.

Good luck either way, I sure would struggle to cut my bumper.

im in fl, yes its mag red but the cars been resprayed. If I were to trade it would be with cash on your end. It's not my favorite hood but I like it better than stock. Same with the headlights, I'd prefer the less frig eyes but I don't want flip ups.

I dig it, I believe it'll turn very well when complete, and intercooler back there will top it off. ditch the shroud and turn it into a front breather.
trim and box in the front bumper support also

yes the bumper support will be cut, and the cutout will be ducted flush to the intercooler for maximum air flow through it. I will keep it a bottom breather for now, this will be mostly for the intercooler and looks. Thanks for the support. Seems most on here hate anything that's not normal. But we all have our opinions.

Seeing as I think thre 5th gen cmaro is the worst looking of all camaros, I am just not feeling this. It hits me as a mod for the sake of doing a mod and not for a good reason.

It's being done to add more air for a intercooler. Not just looks.
