Electrical Grounds
A few days ago my wife was driving her 2002 when all of the bells, whistles, and flashing lights on the instrument panel lighted up. The air conditioner stated blower hot air, the windows would not roll down, the electric doors would not unlock, and a laundry list of messages popped up.
I read the article about the grounds. I cleaned the two grounds behind the lights (101 and 102), and the one near the battery (104). I checked the codes, and erased all of them. My wife drove the car again today, and more error codes, and messages.
I realize I probably need to clean the other grounds, but not having the best of luck finding them all. I found the one under the power steering unit (103?), and the one behind the driver's side rear tire (401), there does not seem to be one behind the passenger's side rear tire. I found a large black wire ground on the front of the engine not sure which one it is, and I have not yet tried looking for the ones inside the cabin.
