Default C5 HVAC/Actuator Problem

Hello. I have read through countless threads, post, forums, etc to fix the problem I have. The problem is that through driver side vents it is cool and passenger is constantly hot. Now I have stripped down the whole entire dash to fix this problem. First I tried resetting the fuses, no luck. I went onto the dash to access and replace the actuators. Getting to both of them and taking them apart it was only one of the gears cracked. I 3D printed new gears for the actuators replaced them and put them back only to find my problem hadn't been fix. I am positive that the problem is the actuators or HVAC controller because I can see, with the dash completely removed, the actuator doors not operating properly. I tried resetting the fuse for the HVAC controller again and no luck. I hooked the actuators into 12v power source to make sure the new gears work by the way and they do. I do not know at this point what to do. My only guesses are to buy two new actuators which are the automatic ones, part number 16163682, or buy a new HVAC head unit. If someone has any ideas on how to further fix this problems that would be great thank you.

I could be wrong but I think hot on one side and cold on the other is a indication of low freon.

I've never had problems with the doors, but if they're working from a different 12v source then my guess would be the hvac controller. I believe when the doors have problems they throw codes.
