TPE Style Rear Fenders - In Urethane
Hey guys, if I could get my hands on a set of TPE rear fenders, what kind of interest would there be to get these made in urethane. I've already got manufacturing lined up to start basically whenever I want and we've got pricing down etc. We would make them for Z06/Vert/Coupe and of course being urethane, these aren't going to break if someone bumps you. We'd be looking at around $899 plus shipping, and of course these would fit like a glove. These will be made in the USA by the same manufacturer that made our urethane diffuser.
I know what you guys are going to say...good luck getting a set. Well, I've got that covered, im not worried about that. I know a lot of guys love the TPE Flared fenders so if I could bring them back to you guys, but in urethane instead of fiberglass, what do you guys think?

I would say, give us the Urethane Rear Bumper with duckbill wing first, then work on these!

Lol, I've heard that from someone else. The thing is, the fenders would be much easier to make. The bumper would involve either taking the oem bumper and grafting the wing on, or using the current Xtreme bumper and fixing all the flaws with it before getting it made. It would require a lot more prototyping, test fitting etc. Once we got these done and going I'd start on the rear bumper

I'd love to see them but the Corvette aftermarket idea of "fits like a glove" is unacceptable. They would have to really fit like a glove. Unlike many others in the Vette market I do not accept that fitting is required. They should bolt on and just need paint prep and nothing more. Then you'd have this customer.

Being that these fenders are impossible to get, I told them you cannot screw up on these. I told them they need to fit like an oem part and they assured me they would fit great. Trust me, there's a reason I'm using different manufacturers for these and our flared fronts...I'm demanding quality parts. Which is why with the new manufacturers you won't see $600 for a pair of fenders, the price will be higher but your getting a higher quality part as well.

I already have TPE rear quarters, but I'm patiently waiting for the duck-tail bumper, cash in hand!

I would definitely buy a pair. Both of my rear fenders recently starting cracking because my tires are too wide.
Hopefully more people chime in, because these fenders need to be made available again.

Fiberglass or carbon fiber would be preferred. Don't care about a picture perfect weave as they would be painted, but I don't want flexible fenders.

The TPE style is popular at car shows. I have them but the
reality is TPE fenders were of poor quality and a high expense
to make them show quality. Or even factory stock quality.
I hope everyone will be happy with the new TPE fenders.

So is this something that’s gonna pop up and disappear over night? It seems like everyone wants these fenders but then someone tries to sell them that isn’t suppose to be selling them and then they disappear over night. 899 is the same price I spent on my TPE fenders from the original guy a couple of years ago.
