I finished installing my Piioneer NEX double din and it looks awesome. What a perfect fit. Bought Metra bezel from eBay for $225 shipped and did the install and it looks OEM factory quality!! No cutting of the original bezel and I'm going to post it on eBay to get some money out of it as it's in immaculate condition.

Posting this from my phone so will post pics
Looks really good! Think you can share the Ebay user that you purchased this from? Definitely interested.
You have to cut any supports, mounting spots for the factory, or anything at all in the dash to get things to fit?
Yes the two aluminum frames that hold the climate control to move it down a few inches and Metra bezel comes with a template to drill small holes to mount the climate control.
Believe me, it is VERY simple and not complex as it may sound.
The aluminum mounts are not that strong and can be cut with metal sheers and that is how i cut them. Super simple.
I believe that every C5 owner should install a double din as doing so gives you the features of a new car and if you like your C5, these new features will give you every lucuxy a new car gives you. I have a brand new Lexus RX that is fully loaded with all voice features, Navigation etc. and now my C5 has the same features as well.
I am waiting on a bezel from double d right now. This is so my next upgrade I am going with kenwood system. Yours looks great! It makes the waiting hard cause I want to bring my ride up to current tech.
very cool man...if mine were a daily driver I would be all over this...still happy with my single din Alpine w/SiriusXM & Bluetooth...again nice job brother!!!
