Default Valve Spring Seals

Checked my valve springs today, and they're yellow ('03 with 68k miles). I've found replacement blue GM springs, and I'm ordering new plugs and wires. I just need to know which valve spring seals to order. I've done searches and still can't seem to find a concrete answer. Links to order the parts would be appreciated!

From what ive read so far you want the one piece seals/seat from GM. They are brown and black i believe and a GM dealer can get you the right part number by using the cars VIN #.

In this pic the ones circled are the stock seal/seat i pulled off this evening.
The ones in front are for dual valve springs and require aftermarket seats.

Valvesprings Part # is 12499224 ($71)
Intake and exhaust seals: Fel-Pro Valve Stem Intake/Exhaust Seals SS71039 (set of 16 for $19). Less than half the price of OEM which are part # 12482063 for intake seals ($23) and part # 12482062 ($26) for exhaust seals).
Valve cover gaskets: FEL-PRO VS50504R1 (with grommets $17) or VS50504R (without grommets $11). About half the price of OEM valve cover gaskets which are sold individually rather than as a pair.

I ordered from Summit Racing since they price matched to GMPartsDirect.co (cheapest out the door price on the valve springs) to give me free shipping.

Trunions upgrade (around $125) is optional (no known cases of failure on LS6) but recommended if doing cam mods in future. But, can always add them later.

Tell installer to check valve spring retainer condition (but they should be fine to reuse).

Thanks for the part numbers and best places to order. Seals and valve cover gaskets have been ordered. Ordered springs and wires last night, and will be getting the plus at advance auto or similar store this week. I hate walking by the car every day and being too worried about it to drive it! Hopefully everything comes in quickly and it can be fixed by the end of next week.

I thought this was a problem with the LS6 too, not just the LS1? Don't they use the same rockers?
