Default Tires question...

Hello

Well after owning my Silver C5 Convertible I just noticed the front tire size on the vehicle are 275mm the same as rear. My searches have said the fronts should be 245mm. All other numbers are fine except for the tire width. The dealer I bought from (car was used) provided me with new Pirelli Zero Nero run flats..so I really did not investigate at the time. Will the different tire width be a factorl worth noting?

Thank You

Are they 17 or 18"? And rears are (full tire size for both would make it easier to give you a proper reply)?

This is a must read: http://www.toquez06.com/wheels.html

275's are about the biggest you can go in the front but they fit.

Best tire make for my 1999 corvette. Trying the Goodyear but my dealer only has the Goodyear Eagle F1 in the Asymmetric all season. Don't like the tread of the tire

Not to be rude, but why do you feel the need to blast other members threads with your tire size and photos? Over and over....

It has nothing to do with the original post. Nothing....

ANd yes..... we all know you have REAL not rep spyders.......and they do not rub because you are 4x4 height, and they do poke a bit, go ahead, lower it...you will find out about rub.

OP the Stock sizes are as follows:

245/45/17 front tires
275/40/18 rear tires

Yep
But you'll be okay with the fronts you have as long as you don't lower it, you might rub then. I'd wear them down with some miles and when it comes time to replace, go with the 245's. Then lower it

No sticking out?

I'm thinking it was supposed to be a funny, nothing to do with your tires
