I just finished cleaning up and painting my calipers using the G2 system. The biggest pain was dealing with the Corvette lettering. I ended having to scrape them with a razor blade because I forgot the Chapstick step to help the paint come off easier . Have to say I'm pretty happy with the results

HUGE difference. I went with fire red on mine and used crinkle black on the brackets they attach to. Love em.
I painted over the lettering and left it. To my eye, it has a cleaner image while also appearing to be physically cleaner once the brake dust begins to collect.

I debated leaving the letters painted but once I went down the rabbit hole and scraped one there was no turning back. I was on a mission at that point.
Cool product. Buddy of mine used powder coat for my calipers, frcs, and a few blower parts. Thus far, the finish on all is great. Only one caliper has a small chip and that was due to me knocking it with a tool - Which is gonna happen eventually.
