Original owner of an 03 and have 4,000 miles. Still band new and the window came off the track.
Any advice/suggestions before I tear into this job?
Thanks!

I'd remove the door panel, operate the window ( if possible) and see what's causing the issue. Technically the track you are referring too is what the lift mechanism rides on. Never heard of the trolley / window clamp coming off of the track unless the clips that hold it into place broke. If that's the case then the only repair I can see is a replacement of the window regulator unit.
How about a picture of the offending unit ?
There are quite a few good video's if you search online about replacing the window regulator. I just did it myself and I am old and fat.
However, if the window came loose from the regulator you will need to pull the panel and see what happened. There are two clamps that hold the glass on the regulator. One may have come loose and all you need to do is put the glass back in and tighten the clamp.
If possible, put some masking tape on the glass and mark where it sits before you take it out. It took me longer to get the glass lined back up than it took to do the whole job.
Good luck! It's not a bad job at all!
