I'm a newbie to the forum, but thankful for the incredible knowledge. I have a 2000 C5. I have a continuous lights for Service Traction, Service ABS, Service Active Handling. I ran the diagnostics. All the error codes shows History but none shows as current. Specifically under 28-TCS (Traction Control) it only shows C1243H.
What's up with that? I welcome any advise and thank you.
That code is the BPMV pump is stalled. The pump is connected to the EBCM and controls the ABS system on the car. Sometimes you can exercise the pump by applying the brakes hard in a safe place to activate the ABS system to free up the pump. Or with a tech2 you can activate it with that.

Thanks. I've tried that a couple of times, without any success. What is a "tech2"?
A perhaps more safe alternative I have read about also on the forum is to lock up the ABS on wet grass or other suitable slippery surface. Usually requires a few iterations to completely free up the BPMV.
Once free it is a good idea to exercise the ABS by locking up the brakes in a safe location and out of the sight of the local enforcement perhaps once or twice a year. At least that is what I have read.
