Another fan of Chadwick's no sling here. I just started using it and its already my favorite. I've used some "professional" stuff in the past that I liked, but it was always the way dirt and dust would stick to it that I hated. Not so much now with the Chadwick's.
I'm not a fan of the high gloss either. I'd prefer the "clean" look over anything else, and I'm able to get that with this.
Here's an F430 I helped a buddy detail just last night. Used Chadwick's TP and the No Sling Tire Dressing
I thought Pledge was a furniture polish/wax...does it contain UV blockers like Zaino Z16?
No UV blockers in Pledge, it is an old detailing trick that some still use today, probably before any tire dressings were produced, there are videos on YouTube.

Meh. Doesn't matter. Still the best after all the decades.
My favorite is still Chadwicks and Pledge. I've used a lot of other products that are over the counter. I've not used a lot of the special brands listed, I'm sure there are a lot that work great. And I've even started alternating usage (Chadwicks on time then Pledge another) and it seems to last a very long time with a very "new" tire look that does not attract any dust.
UV protection is B.S. in my opinion.....do you think every work truck, UPS truck, tractor and construction equipment tire that sits in the sun all day long has UV protection on it? Even in the worst sunny conditions your tires will time out if they don't wear out. I cannot think of the last tire that I have that has had cracks.
Any product that can actually penetrate and change the molecular structure of your rubber is probably going to damage the rubber and make the tire susceptible to early failure.
No different that putting an oil based lubricant on a latex condom....a blowout in either situation can be a major issue.

I use GM Foaming Tire Shine- Low Gloss Silicone P/N 12378188. Only problem is it's discontinued although some dealers may still have some in inventory. I purchased 9 cans from a dealership and got a real good deal as he wanted to clear it out. The general should reintroduce it, in my opinion.
