I have one also in mine as well and am very happy with it. I believe it is a modded C6Z shifter. The throws are actually a little longer than it looks but it works great
I just read up on this from their website and yes its just a C6Z shifter shortened. So i guess i could just shorten my C6Z shifter and have the same thing?

I guess you could. But it maybe more envoled then just shorting it. You still have to make it able to accept a ****. Keep us posted.
I'm having some trouble shifting on the track in my ,01 Z06. I figure it's me of course, I'm still trying to nail the heel toe thing.
I'm looking for anything that might make shifting on the track easier. Will the RSD shifter help on the track?
I have had an MGW for quite a few years and just keep moving it between cars. I never sell it with the car. Upon a new purchase I just send an email to George and get the insulation pcs (and a 7 speed ball last time) sent by USPS. . Watch those torques if you think you will be removing it and go light on the threadlocker.

This is a 2 year old thread about a completely different shifter...
