From someone who lost everything he owned in Hurricane Andrew 25 years ago, I wish you luck and will keep all of in South Texas in my prayers. It's the wind and tornados that can get you regardless of all the planning you did. Watch out for yourself and family, everything else can be replaced.

I'm in NE Texas, so pretty much out of harms way (I think), but hoping all you folks anywhere near the gulf coast do what ever necessary to protect your lives and the lives of your pets/animals. I go with others above in agreeing on losing property is and can be devastating, but it can be replaced, your life cannot! Please be safe and good luck to all who may be affected!

here it is monday morning 8/28/17 and hoping that you and your vette and family are okay wherever you are. have sat and watched plenty of weather channel over the weekend and Houston is a mess and the rain is not over yet. so keep us posted.
