Tech 11
I have done a little research on a teck 11 and don't really understand what they are really capable of doing. I know that they supposedly will delete the f45 shock but it seems to be more of a code reader and a code clearer than anything else and you can clear codes with the dic? Help me out thanks in advance!!

If you own and use a set of GM shop manuals for servicing your car you would see extensive use made of a TECH II in the problem solving matrix's for the hundreds of DTC's that can occur.
If you don't then there is very limited use you will ever get from this relatively expensive tool..............

you can tune out F45 shocks and more !!!! have my pcm tuned for the fans so never looked into the fans !!! it's a amazing tool, glad I bought one !!!! (can check every component on car) I bought it for the Automated brake bleed !!! (to flush EBCM)
