Horn doesn't work

Had similar problem. Relay and fuse were fine. Replaced membrane at the beginning of this year. Today, no horn and relay and fuse checked out. Held the steering f wheel adjustment lever and bounced the steering wheel up and down and bam, the horn now works. Probably a loose or dirty connection but quick fix till I have the time to take the horn assembly apart.

You cannot take your se to a stealer. You sure it’s in the steering wheel? Mine been out for several years from a deep water travel, gonna get new horn just procrastinating. Chet underneath and disconnect factory horn and get an inexpensive horn from auto parts store and plug it and blow horn . I would do this first..😮1300-1400 hundred $$$. Excessive
