A switchable Utilitech plug strip was added to a Bayco ceiling recoil extension cord and a CTEK 4.3 charger was tywrapped to the plug strip. A 6 foot long fused BNC cable is routed under the wiper cover and attached to the passenger side wiper arm to allow charging without opening the hood. The CTEK 4.3 remembers the last battery type selection so it's easy to lower the charger, plug in the BNC and switch on the plug strip. Since the charger is suspended in the air it's easy to see the led status indicators. The wiper arm BNC holder was machined from aluminum but the cable could have been tywrapped to the arm instead.
