Default Interior Innovations

Is Interior Innovations still in business? Three weeks ago I ordered a set of seat covers. I received conformation and my credit card was charged.
Since then I have called twice and sent three emails with no response. Is their customer service that bad or have they disappeared?

I emailed them some questions about a month ago as I was looking at ordering some of their products. I never got an answer back. Not a good sign.

When I first ordered my covers from them contact was spotty, then got worse, however when it got closer to shipping time they responded very reliably.

FWIW, I've noticed that RIDIES is offering the identical products, so maybe they bought them?

Maybe they are on the road, I think they travel for installations.

Nope, they really are that shitty when it comes to customer service.

Stuff fits great, looks great, they did custom work for me with only minimal upcharges. Everything was good until my center console cover wasn't right, not even close to how I described it. They told me it was a custom order and wanted to know what I wanted them to do. I said I would have no problem paying half the cost to make it right, after 5 additional emails of just trying to order it at full price I stopped trying.

Just trying to get this in before I lose the internet because of Irma. From the time of order how long does it take to get the order?

I heard from them today and they are definitely in business, I forwarded this thread and another to them.
It took about 10 days to get the covers from the time I ordered mine.

Customer service rules. I wouldn't wait for poor service. Too easy to reply to emails or phone messages. Go elsewhere.

Having dealt with Redline Goods and Interior Innovations, I've never found either of them unreliable or would I call their customer service poor just because of some glitches in communication. The value and quality of their products far exceeds the need for instant response. In addition the products are made in Poland and Pakistan(India) respectively, so to me, waiting 7-10 days for a completely custom product is a non issue.

Redline goods is 100x the company that interior innovations is. I just got an email from redline about my doorpanel skins, I sent them an email about 3 days ago and received two today, one from the stitcher for the skins, and the other from the owner apologizing for taking so long to get back to me.

It's not that hard. Interior Innovations just plain ignored me after ******* up my order.

Redline was not that much different that II when I first dealt with them in 2011. They once lost an order for 6 months, then found it. I agree, they are more reliable in that way, but II is still in the early stages. You have pix of your Redline stuff?

Only in my mustangs, I'm still going back and forth on what I want for the vette. I'd say it was 6-7 years ago now and I got my stuff in less than a week.

I have no gripes at all about my seats, they did great work, fitment was perfect and well priced, they just have shitty customer service.

I can highly recommend leatherseats.com They made my new seat skins in the exact manner and the grade of leather (yes you have a choice) that I wanted. They communicated with me every step of the way. I received my custom made skins in less than 2 weeks. Any company that cannot do that isn't worth a **** to me!

Sorry but if you are "Richard Donovan" then please check your "spam" folder, we have been emailing you for last 10 days and haven't heard anything, I am currently out of the country and having trouble making a call.........

We are actually run out of standard style seat foams and wanted to know if you can wait for new stock to arrive or want us to refund the money for the foam.

Your order is ready and should go out within next 24 hours minus the seat foams.

Please let us know.

Thanks.

I am not Richard Donovan. I ordered my Sport seat covers on August 16. and have not heard from you at all. I have checked my spam folder and nothing is there. You can email me at wread@mfi.net. All I am asking for is a shipping date.
