Not sure if tinting will help, but I had the same issue until I stoped using all the shiny vinyl protectors on the dash. Now I only use mild soap and water to clean the dash and a dash pad when my vert is running with the lid down.

Tinting the windows might help some -- as it darkens the interior a bit. But most of your glare is probably going to be from light coming in the windshield anyway. You can tint that, but probably not dark enough to be safe and resolve the issue.

best bet as mentioned above is to use less shiny stuff on the dash. I've never noticed a glare/reflection problem. I don't use shiny interior treatment .. usually a matte finish product...

You might try moving your set up or down to see if changing that angle is enough to help...

Best solution is to use polarized sunglasses while driving on bright days. Protects your eyes and reduces eyestrain.

My side windows are tinted and I don't notice anything. I guess you won't know until you try.

hmmm. interesting. perhaps it was the CHEAP polarized glasses.... (the ones i had were cheap). but there were rainbows everywhere when looking through the tint with them... really weird!

Maybe better quality polarized lenses don't have that problem. (it was quality tint - LLumar).

Worth a shot!

Polarized sunglasses will make the HUD very dim. Be aware of that

Yes, it definitely will. Makes the HUD pretty much useless. It's a trade-off. For me that doesn't matter, I use the gauges anyway.

Give the dash a good cleaning with the mild soap and water and see if that helps. I've never used any protectant products on the dash in my car and I do not have any glare problems.
