They're molded into the control arm as best as I can tell. Pushing mine out with a press to make room for delrin destroyed the inner metal pieces of the bushings rendering them useless. 99% sure you have to replace the whole control arm.
I pressed mine out several years ago, let me check on their condition. If they are usable I will get back to you. The had 14000 miles on them before I bought the car and I put about 7000 miles on them before I pulled them.

OP, is there ANY kind of number visible, on your OE bushings? If so, run a Google search of that number. If that doesn't work, add "rubber bushing, XYZ", to the search term. SOMEBODY has to be making them for GM.
